W.A.S.P is "Women’s Awareness Survival Program", a dynamic self-defense system for adult women 13 years old and above. This is not a martial arts class but rather a street oriented self-defense and rape awareness workshop with the tactics of Ju-Jitsu, weapons of TACT and techniques that employ gross motor skills making them easy to retain and can be realistically used and remembered during combat. Learn the skills of assertiveness training, while participating in an all female class with a female instructor.
