Manual

No realistic self-defense program would be complete if there wasn't battle proven theory driving the techniques. Self-defense is 90% mental and if all you do is learn how escape from a grab your missing some extremely important information. Most programs are attack based, "here's how you escape from a head lock." WASP goes way beyond that, exploring how you might end up in that situation in the first place and how to avoid it. Our new 60 plus page manual covers every thing imaginable. Topics include:

  • Demystification of actual attacks
  • Why some women don't fight back
  • Myths and statistics (recent Halifax stats)
  • Giving yourself permission to hurt others
  • Understanding and using intuition to save your life
  • Intuition training
  • Predators and how they manipulate others
  • The predatory process
  • Successfully predicting violence
  • Dealing with stalkers and people who won't let go
  • Dating and how to break up with a guy
  • Domestic violence pre-incident indicators
  • How to stun and run
  • How to duck and cover
  • Fear management
  • Types of fear
  • Defensive postures
