W.A.S.P is "Women’s Awareness Survival Program", a dynamic self-defense system for adult women 12 years old  and above(under 16 must be accompanied by an adult). This is not a martial arts class but rather a street oriented self-defense and rape awareness workshop with the tactics of Ju-Jitsu, weapons of TACT and techniques that employ gross motor skills making them easy to retain and can be realistically used and remembered during combat. Learn the skills of assertiveness training, while participating in an all female class with a female instructor.

NICT is a self-defense and escape method that requires no physical strength or martial arts training.  NICT is so effective it is used by law enforcement, swat teams, the military, special forces, VIP body guards, security personnel and bouncers. It also enhances any previous martial arts training.
